What gets deleted
When you confirm deletion, we permanently remove all of the following from our systems within 30 days:
- Your profile (name, email, phone, avatar, KYC docs)
- Wallet balance and transaction history
- Linked bank accounts and payment methods
- Gift card trades, VTU purchases, electricity tokens
- Saved beneficiaries and biometric enrollments
- Notifications, support tickets, referral records
Heads up: If your wallet has a positive balance, withdraw it before deleting. We can't recover funds after deletion. Some financial records may be retained for up to 7 years to comply with CBN / NDPC regulations (Nigerian banking law) — these are kept anonymized and never re-linked to you.
